Kim - That is a dramatic sky - creating an ambient lighting of the city buildings. The soaring bird adds a nice touch to this water view of San Francisco. A real nice photo! Thad

A fabulous atmospheric view. With the skyline almost silhouetted against those those threatening clouds. The seagull looks like he's getting out of there before all hell breaks loose.

I have been quite a few times there and I know how impressive the San Francisco sky can look - sometimes just when the fog has lifted. Great image Kim - well captured!

Wow!! That is one impressive group of storm clouds. Beautifully captured. Wonderful colors make it look very threatening indeed. I live just a few hours south near Morro Bay. This has been an usually wet winter, but I never go out in the rain with my camera. I'm surrounded by hills and would probably get hit with a bolt of lightening if I tried to get a shot like that. Great job.

Hello Kim....It is 4.18 in the morning and I am here brousing through your gallery and have come across this lovely picture...What a great contrast between the peaceful buildings on the sky line and the fury of the storm that is approaching.
