Robert, although your 'narrative' says nothing to me, it's a nice B&W image, showing us a piece of the daily life. I assume this image is captured somewhere in Canada.

an excellent composition Robert! A slight bit of noise in the sky which, but very good perspective, light and shadows.

This is an excellent composition. I love the lighting and also the cropping. It makes for an excellent picture.

I agree with above but must give a bit of criticism. And that would be to straighten up the building. Great capture:-)

Actually the noise in the sky doesn’t bother me, it’s what I would expect to see from a scanned neg. The lean of the church bothers me though. Otherwise it’s a very pleasant and competently presented photo. It’s also a nice surprise to find someone using film in this digital age.
