A weird name for a church I know but thats what it`s called. It sits beside Stirling castle. The tower was built around 1470 and A plaque on the floor marks the spot where the infant, King James VI was baptised in 1567. Comments advice and votes are very welcome.

What a great shot of a marvelous old building. I really like this a lot, it's a shame you don't have a closer shot so we could see all of its magnificent details. Very nice work!..=)

That is an unusual name, but you've captured this so perfectly! The gray/blue sky, angle and trees....flawless presentation of history! High marks for this my friend!

I love the way the shapes all fit together: the tower on the right, tree trunk on the left, the tree branch continuing the line to the top of the tower. The lighting and sky are fascinating too. Overall a remarkable photograph.

Very nice image. I love the detail and the color contrast between the sky, the grounds and the church are wonderful. Very well done. Thanks for sharing.

It is a weird name for a church...but the old English setting kind of softens everything...Great capture...

I like the way you have composed this image since it has quite a nice objects gathered all in one. The dry tree branches are looking great and provide a good balance to the shot with natural frame.

Very fine. Pity about the park benches...aside from those two modern items, the view might have been seen by a visitor two hundred years ago? I like the angle from which you took the picture.

I love the framing in the tower by the tree, great composition. Every branch returns the eye to the tower. Such drama with the cloud formations as well. Perfect moment.

Enjoy what time you do not sell to someone else, you have been given a finite amount so use as much as you can for yourself and try not to waste it.

I think it is wonderful! Even with the tower not being the biggest or most centered or darkest item in the photo, your eye is still drawn right to it, just as it should be. Well done!
