Hi everyone - I'm finally back. Our trip was wonderful and it started spending a beautiful day and night in NYC, NY. We decided to talk a early evening walk around. The temperature in NYC this evening was 11.5C/52F and windy but felt like a tropical heat wave to what we left at home.

Captured this 2018, 01-12 (Friday PM) walking along toward Rockefeller Centre. Just love looking at all the wonderful buildings both old and new, so decided to stop and take this shot. Just love the old building with the gold on the upper part. If you view in full you can see it

Trying to comment on the many uploads since I've been gone. Please be patient and I'll finally get there.

Thank you for your time and friendship and comments most welcomed.

Have a great day, ♥ Skates

The bare branches of the trees against the high buildings of the city make a fine and interesting contrast. Well composed good shot.

The trees all look like they're reaching up high, paying homage to the city towering around them.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
