The day was -28C/-18.5F hope you are dressed really warm. Also make sure you stay in the trail or you might sink down to your knees or more.
Are you ready to head up the trail? So let's get going, afterwards we can have a hot chocolate with marshmallows, now how does that sound.
As you see it's such a gorgeous day and what a blue sky above. At least when it's really cold it's normally bright and sunny.
Captured this 2018, 12-18 not too far from our house.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?
I have two sets of snowshoes and two sets of cross country skis, so we could get several of us out on the trail. We have a trail here like this, and a fire ring dropped in by the park service warms hikers and skiers on days when it's very cold. It's one way to stockpile and use the deadfall that fills the woods the rest of the year. Very inviting scene, Pat.
