Dedicate this to all my Retired Ocean Going Men here at Caedes & also to those who still travels the seas"

Captured this on a windy morning during one of my walks along the crashing waves while in Florida (2018, 05)

Thanks for your time and comments.

Super shot of the waves and spray showing the details very well.

I had 44 years of sea service Pat and that was enough :)

Pat, I suppose that it doesn't amaze you when my heart beats a little bit faster now by viewing this splendid image.
S+F instantly of course. Thanks a lot, my friend for sharing this beauty!!!

PS: my friend and former colleague Raj beats me, ☺ ☺ ☺. I had 'only' more than 35 years in sea service.

A craft like that would go through waves like these like a hot knife through butter. Although I was in the Navy, a Seabee rarely makes it on board ship. I did get to do a fair amount of body surfing in waves like this, though. Brings back memories

Your picture captures the strength of the sea's waves as they crash before your camera. A very strong picture, well captured and composed.

Very strong picture of the wave action. The shadow play really spices it up.
