This is my contribution to a Wacky Wednesday. I know it's not really wacky but this is what I was greeted with after a stormy sea the night before.

Captured this while staying in Florida during one of my morning walks. Look at what the rough waters brought into shore. Of course this is seaweed of some sort but created a unique shot even with the rough waves coming in.

This is looking southward toward Melbourne, Fort Lauderdale & Miami.

My friend didn't want to walk because of this, but it definitely didn't bother me, even walking in the incoming waves.

Hope you are enjoying the view & thanks for your comments, most appreciated.

Have a Beautiful Day, ♥ Skates

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

I've also seen this down in Florida when combing for shells as after a storm is a great time to find them - well captured Pat.

That's simply a stunning capture to me, Pat!
Not only because of its contrast in colors but for exuding a hard to define mood as well.
Resembles a painting!
S+F instantly. Thanks for sharing this 'cracker', my friend!

All that pushed ashore overnight? Interesting to see what a storm surge can do to the beach. Very nice capture Pat.

For anyone wondering if there's any seaweed left in the water, I have scuba dived in Tokyo Bay and can swear that there's still plenty out there for as many salads as you care to consume. Knowing what's sometimes in seaweed, Pat, I think it was a good idea that you walked more in the waves.

Everything is calm and somehow empty. Great job.
