My contribution to Friday Foofy. This is our beautiful iris called: Holy Night. She sure has a rich colour and is one of my favorite ones in our garden.

Took this picture of her on 2018, 06-20 (Wednesday late Evening), didn't do anything to the colour, the flash made her shine. Just cropped off the sides some so the flower is the main focus.

Thanks for your time and comments most welcomed.

Have a beautiful day, ♥ Skates

Heading to St. Louis, Missouri tomorrow to visit my sister-in-law for 15 days, so don't know how often I'll be on but I am taking my computer.

Wow Pat! You profiled this beautiful flower perfectly. The flash made all the difference. Great job!

This wonderful iris hasn't only rich colors, Pat, but has the appearance of a queen dressed in a velvet robe as well.
Beautiful capture, taken very well!
Wish you a good stay in St. Louis, my friend.

Wait a minute... is that a pair of tonsils I see hanging in there? You caught this one in mid "ahhh" in "Fig-ahhh-ro".
