Now take this Image and make is something special in photoshop... I'm thinking: Noise reduction, increase contrast and intensity, adjust hue slightly to make the blues, bluer and repost as a reworking. Nice. Can you see anything particular in this cloud or is it great just for its wonderful bubbly shape?

This is an interesting cloud, lots of them are. :) But the picture is very grainy (Camera problem again, I know.) and the way you cropped it is kind of funky! Like Peter said above, this one would need a lot of work to make it a really good shot.
