Too much snow and ice has come to Oregon. It makes the trees very pretty, until the branches get so heavily coated they break off. I fooled around with a few filters. Any comments are welcome.
Wow, like it's right in my face! I love the perspective on the shot to start with and I really like the soft glow or whatever filter you used here. I guess we got ice storms right across the nation. At least Mother Nature is being even handed with us all this winter. lol
This is just great. Thanks for sharing. I haven't seen snow covered pine needles since I was home for Christmas about a year ago so the nostalgia is really kicking in. Love the composition that really makes this group on the branch stand out. Great!
This shot has a 3D look to it...like the needles are coming right through the monitor. Very nice shot. I heard you had around 28 inches of snow. I've never seen that much at one time.
This is real beauty and I've saved it on my hard drive. I have relatives in Oregon, so I've been sent other pics of the strange weather you've been having.
Great shot, though, and I'm glad you took advantage of the situation.
