The emotions, the tears, of wasted years, wash over me like a cold wind out of the north. I tremble and shake, with each breath i take, and there's no one around me that cares. Dwight.

The depth of field and sharpness in this photo are incredible. One of the finest shots I've ever seen of this area. Kudos, Jen!

Another superb shot, Jen. Beautiful composition with the foreground framing, and cliff edge rocks.
Is this the plateau at the Eastern end of the Grand Canyon?

Excellent shot! Great depth and clarity. I like the clouds and the shadows they produce over the ground.
Great job!

What brought me here was the dramatic sky. But then I viewed it in full size. And this left me speechless. The play of light and shadow is incredible. And the dried off tree branch contributes to the atmosphere of the place.

Jeenie, Jennifer....I think we should call you super Genie!
My God, what a place! Like standing on the edge of the world!
Absolutely stunning, never seen anything like this. Are you sure this was on planet Earth?

About the technical part, I think you can improve an image like this even more (which is almost impossible) by post processing the earth and sky seperately on the PC or shoot two photos with exposure settings adjusted seperately for eart and sky and then overlay them. If, for example, you do a contrast enhancement on the PC on the whole picture the program will go wrong on either earth or sky.
So try to experiment if you please and see what happens.

Oh wow. This came up on the front page and I had not remembered seeing it. I looked for a comment from me and there wasn't any so guess I missed it somehow. This is beautiful, and it sure deserves the score it got.
It's a keeper.

This is a marvelous landscape indeed, the foreground is real sharp and the colors on the cliffs are really something else, not to mention the sky. A really wonderful site to see, very nicely done.
