At first glance, I thought that OK, this picture is clipped at the top. But after really looking at it, I think that if the angle was raised, you would loose the depth perception of the river.
I can't put my finger on why, but I really like this picture.

The emotions, the tears, of wasted years, wash over me like a cold wind out of the north. I tremble and shake, with each breath i take, and there's no one around me that cares. Dwight.
An amazing shot. Beautiful colors & perfectly composed. I have been within 100 miles of the Grand Canyon a half dozen times, but never have seen its beauty in person. It has been my lifelong dream to visit there.... hopefully this fall or winter that will change. Thanks for sharing this grogeous image.
Spectacular view. What an awesome place.
