the colors are real. it's unlike anything i've seen before. this is the road you'd be on if you were lucky enough to get a permit for "the wave". we were not lucky but enjoyed the other spots tremendously. enjoy! thanks in advance for any comments.

Oh, wow, the foothills look a lot like the Painted Hills in central Oregon.
I'm still envious of your opportunities and just may take you up on your offer.
This is on my desktop here at work for next week. Thanks.

Very nice shot. Great color and texture. Didn't I just comment on this last night? Am I cracking up?.....no....I'm normal...that's what they told me at the asylum.

What an array of color and texture as Jerry described it. Such a wonderful piece of nature in one image. Beautiful shot, Jen.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Thanks for allowing a peek at a gorgeous plat. Nature is wondrous and never fails to amaze, and you are a wizard at capturing this. Keep on documenting these peaces of paradise that many of us will never see in person. Much appreciated.

Hi Jen,
I'm pretty far behind because of being away plus Christmas, but I would like to know what "the wave" is. Super pic here, by the way, love those "painted" hills.
