I got this in the VB ....Gorgoeus!...love the expanse you captured this at!....musta taken you all day to climb this for one shot?......great contrasts and colour! well done
Hi Jen, welcome back and a great 2007 to you too. Terrific geology in you capture and I love how you've shown just enough sea to give depth to the scene and add to the vibrant colours. Good one, as ever, Jen!
A stunning view, Jen. How do you get the details in the distant brush so sharp? The standard sharpening tool in PS is not that effective, unless I just don't know how to use it right.
It's hard for me to imagine that there is such a place on earth. Your artistry here is showing to its greatest advantage and it's so perfectly captured that it's difficult to imagine how you did this..Just gorgeous. ....you can bet this is on my Hard Drive and my desktop...oh, and Happy New Year to you too, Jen :) :)
I am afraid the scale in the voting booth is not enough to be honest with you about that photo ... a "12" maybe? Majestic scenery, the trail is definitely worth climbing - I wonder, if the trail up is so picturesque what are the views from the top?
Very pretty, a great view. Get good hiking boots. I'm now suffering from a hikers foot problem that is quite painful and can take as long as a year or more to heal.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Believe me when I tell you that is the best painted looking scene I have seen in a long time. Every detail is so fabulous. It strikes deeply within me. Textures, shadow, and light makes it a delight to my eyes. Very nicely done work of art.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

This and the other are great pictures. When we were in Kokee Park it was very cloudy and rainy. I am envious that you were able to go on this trail and get such wonderful shots. Makes me want to go back and try again.
