Love the reflections in the water of the bird. It's almost an effect. The whole view is very well put together. I'm way behind in my commenting too, but I'm slowly working my way to the top...just taking a breather here ::LOL:::

Ah, he's lovely and stands out amidst the wonderful subtle tones of gold and green. Very well done, Jen.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

great detail and clarity in every part of this picture Jen and the contrast of that pure white bird and its reflection against the greeen tones is lovely.

Great shot of the bird. I think the reflections in the water really add a great deal of beautiful color and interest.

I like this photo, too. The shot is clear and detailed. This one seems a little heavy on background - which is not the center of interest here. It's that beautiful bird in the middle ground. I'd crop off some of the surrounding background and focus on your subject. Here, have a look... LINK

Thanks for sharing your photos!
