Marvelous view and play of light...love the vibrant colors and the contrasting white wood in the front!

You managed to put what most people wouldn't even consider in a picture and compose it all so that it is beautiful and definitely a piece of art. You have a very keen eye for a great photo, my dear. I'm glad I get to see them :)

You did a great job getting something most people would have overlooked. Loads of intrest in the forground panning out nicley to the marsh. Great picture!

The shot is really sharp. I love the fallen trunk in the foreground as well as the rocks that add interest to the marsh.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

jeanie,
I love the marshy part of this im age and the great depth of field, but something bugged me about the composition . I had to study it awhile and came to the conclusion it was the rocks. There is too much rok. So, I cropped off some more of the bottom and left side of the rocks and I think it improved it greatly. ????

Jen, I also like this one but after reading Pats comments above I have to agree with her. Bring this one back without the rocks in front.
