So beautiful, Jen. I counted five petals on one and seven on the other. They must come in different sizes, but they are all beautiful. The smell is wonderful.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

They're beautifully captured and the composition is lovely. I love their smell too, I have a gardenia cologne and bubble bath that are intoxicating. Lovely work. :)
this is a beautiful capture Jen. I love gardenia's and wore them in my daughter's wedding :). the focus is good and the color is so pure and the center of the bloom is beautifully accentuated! thanks for sharing this with me ;=)
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.
