Very nice. Frames are easy, just get some wood, some nails, a hammer.....

So many lovely colors in here. Yes, the frame was a good idea and it is so subtle anyway. Wonderful shot of such a tall tulip! This is such a lovely garden.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Jen, to me the image is more important than the frame. This image is beautiful and the frame (as finishing touch) is nice. Regards, Cornelius

It is a beautifully composed picture - I love the blaze of colour - the tulip looks so proud and tall and elegant amongst them all. Nice work :)

Oh, leave it to you to find the prettiest arrangement of wild flowers there could be !!! I love this, and your take on it is perfect. The frame is nice, but it's what's inside that counts :P

OOH! The tulip is so incredibly, perfectly focused, your eye is just naturally drawn to it. The vivid array of colors is a splendid background, all melding together like they are.

The border works well, but I think this particular photo would have done fine without one.

I can't stop admiring this; it's so lovely. :0) Thanks for sharing!! It's so perty. [+favorites]
