This is so BEAUTIFUL. I loved exploring the woods out there with all the prehistoric looking moss and flora. I recognised it as Oregon as soon as I saw it! Nicely done Jen :)

Yuppperooonies.! That's Oregon for ya!! And in the wintertime, the trees are still green, not with leaves but with moss. It's like living on another planet then. But the ferns are so pretty. Did you know you can eat the 'fern fronds'? That means when they first come out of the ground..they are all curly and yummy. They make a fantastic salad. So, see? there IS something good about the Oregon greenery..Nice shot..And I'm glad you took in this part of Oregons beauty too...Verena
