boy, i keep trying to get this right but for some reason am not getting the color i want. i've saturated it a bit and hope this helps. anyway, the scene is really beautiful. enjoy! thanks in advance for your comments.

I think Jim Bobtail meant MOO HOO. Very nice Jen and I think the colors are fine. The sky is fabulous. Was it somewhat more red to the eye to you? I wonder what you were after because you weren't satisfied with color. Ford and Wayne ride off in awe of you.

About the color not being right: there is only one way to fix that perfectly. Shoot RAW and proces your Canon file in Digital Photo Proffessional.
Select white Balance Adjustement -> Color Temperature.
A slider pops up, allowing you to change the color temperature. Now you WILL get the exact desired result.
Try it and amaze us next time Miss Jeenie!
