the dunes were this very red color. this isn't taken from as high as the other two..... more coming. enjoy! thanks in advance for any comments. so now it's uploaded. i've looked at it and the color is as it should be. it's just that my past few shots have looked anemic when on the website. thanks for your kindness in helping me get it right.

What a sky Jen. The dunes look more golden than red to me. Hope I'm not getting color blind. I love the framing with the peak way in the background. I've been trying to do this but I don't have a peak to shoot. I've been using a silo. lol Just kidding. Good photo per usual Jen.

Love the contrast between foreground and background. Clouds are also great.

Nice ripples in the sand and the perspective leads right to that peak in the distance. Really nice perspective and the sky is wonderful. I hope you brought a canteen of water. lol

This is certainly a natural color for sand, although it does come in a variety of possible colors. I think the composition is great with the curve of the dune leading one's eye to the formation in the distance. Even the sky cooperated by giving you an allotment of fluffy clouds to go with the blue. Well done!

That sky's a beaut. It looks like you are hiding behind the sand dune, getting ready to ambush some dirty lowdown gunslingers camping out on the other side. ATTACK! ATTACK! ....very nice, Jen.
