i've been busy taking pictures of dogwoods here in virginia. today we had a big thunderstorm. after the storm my trusty camera and i headed out to see what we could see. this is a cropped image and that is the only change that was made. it's a little beaten down but is still spectacular. enjoy! thanks for any comments and critiques.

Love the red/green. Looks Christmasy, it there's such a word. Flowers look like beautiful bows. Very nice and "Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus." Good post Jen. I may not sound it, but I'm just fine. Good photo.

Very Nice shot. I love the colors. Both the colors, the red on the flowers and the healthy green on the grass. The water does the perfect finishing touch. Again, Very nice shot.

Fantastic macro, Jen. Were those once tulips? They look like posies now that the rain has had its way with them. Our tulips are just coming up through the soil. I guess a slow spring is the price you pay for all that winter snow! lol
