these small lochs were photographed in the highlands of the isle of mull. as you might have noticed, the weather was challenging. enjoy! thanks in advance for comments.
Great shot. It almost looks like it is on another planet. I love the stormy looking sky and the small ponds or lakes, not to mention the mountainous terrain. Very nice, Jen.
The weathers always a challeng over here Jen LOL You got it sussed though! Great tones in the sky and a great contrast between the grassy fore and those stoney mountains. Beautiful!
I think I will call it Goldenlochs, Jen. I like the golden hue to the grass leading to the water and the sky. For challenging weather, you posted a nice photo. Good one.
"'Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty
and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up,
totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming,
"WOW! What a ride!"'
You take the high road and I'll take the low road, and I'll be in Scotland before ye....lol. I would love a trip to Scotland. This landscape is breathtaking. Who care about the weather. lol

Challenging isn't the word, look at those clouds! But the golden grass in the foreground is a treat and you got such a fantastic sense of movement in this with the converging lines and the low angles. Wonderful shot Jen.
