in this one it's sunset time. the only thing is that the sun has moved south and can't be seen from this point. so, imagine, the sun is setting way to the left. it is lighting up the surf at the top of the pic. the right sky is darker. what i like best about this one is the white "beading" where the surf meets the red sand. pat andre likes beaches so....................enjoy! thanks in advance for any comments.

Another stunner from your eye and camera to us. Thanks, Jen, for the photo and the mental exercise in imagination! I could see it! I really could!

Love the beading, too - never knew that's what it was called. I really like the long view of the beach.

It looks like the waves are putting frosting or cool whip on the beach for us to enjoy. Great sky and beautiful full screen. Another of your great post Jen.

Don't need to because we certainly can reap the effects of the light derived from its setting in this beautiful capture of the waves and the sand and the sky. Wonderful land and seascape, Jen.

As a matter of fact my house decor is all tropical...sand, plants, shells, etc. Your right about the beading, it is perfectly gorgeous. Onto my desktop it must go!

great effort. wonderful deep rich colours and a good perspective. A wide angle lens? The detail and clarity close up spread nicely into the distance. Straight out the camera, or was it enhanced on the computer?
