we have fall colors in arizona, too. this was taken yesterday. the colorful trees follow a dry river bed. note the large growth of green trees in the center. you can see by this evidence that the river does sometimes contain water. thanks in advance for your comments. ENJOY!

This is a gorgeous fall scene Jen. Love the curve of the trees and river bed which leads your eye to the remarkable sky. Fabulous colours, detail, clarity & depth.

Wow, Jen...this is a lollapalooza. What a great picture. I love the semi circles created by the trees and the rocks. Great mountain view, also. That sky is beautiful as are the fall colors. Very very nice.

Wow that's purdy Jen, I've been to Arizona and most people would be surprised at how much color there is in the desert.

You seem to be able to ferret out the beauty of whatever land you happen to be in, my friend. I really like the scope of the colors in this one.

Very striking Jen. The giant "S" curve through the image acts as a conduit for the eye to naturally flow through and lets them encompass the whole image without getting stuck on something along the journey.
