again, not sure where this should be placed. we spotted this tall wild plant growing by the side of the road while driving in arizona's white mountains. it was completely covered with moisture. (right now, it's no doubt covered with snow.) i'm guessing it was dew. it's probably a weed but i loved it's softness and texture. thanks for any comments. ENJOY! (it looks best full frame)

Looks like a crystallized Christmas ornament, Jen. I can see where you'd find this appealing. I do too!

It looks like it had soft velvety leaves and it looks even better with the drops of moisture. I would place it in the nature category. That's kind of a catch all for minerals, plants and animals. lol Could be a weed if it's growing in a place where it's not welcome, but many weeds have great uses too. The bright green really stands out nicely.

I'm enjoying the textures of this brightly colored plant. Whatever it is called, you captured it beautifully. Wonderful close-up Jen.

Think it's 'Arizona melted snow' (LOL!!!). Both a very fine and interesting capture Jen. It's a very good DT post too.

Nice picture! It looks like mullein, but you can only make sure when you visit the place again in a few months.

Yummy...it's sugar coated. Can I take a bite? I bet it's mint flavored. LOL. Very nice close up, Jen.

I cannot remember the name of this plant at the moment, however, I do believe this is a plant that the native americans used the leaves for toilet paper. Being soft yet sturdy made for the earliest form of Charmin I suppose. :)
