I STILL haven't seen one that isn't stuffed. Bad timing, I reckon. Excellent shot of the eagle, Jen.

I thought it was going to be a shot of the Daytona 500 Jen. You do get around. Great capture and he looks somewhat befuddled. They have a little of the owl head turn in them.

Good post.

Very nice, Jen. The bird's eye is intense. The wind
blowing the feathers adds feeling to your shot.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh! WAs this at the coast Jen? We have seen an Eagle now and then around where I live, in fact one landed in my back yard the other day, he had "a hold" of something on the ground, prob a mouse. This is a gorgeous photo. I'm sure you will treasure this forever. Verena

Very nice, Jen. I just saw a bald eagle for the first time in NH! He was flying along the river looking for fish. I'm so glad they made it back from the edge of extinction.

Excellent photo, and I saw many of them in Oregon fishing the ocean for food when I was there last June, although I didn't get any pics of them :(
