when you visit canyon de chelly (Tséyí') the views that you have are from the top. there is one walking trail down that anyone can take. i took the shot "the eyes have it" while on that trail. if one wants to go into the canyon it must be either with a big tour or with a navajo guide (who does the driving). so we took our truck and a guide and drove up the canyon, through the stream, over the rocks, etc. i was very impressed with our truck which handled it all superbly. this shot shows the stream at its most intense flow. it's way up the canyon. thanks for any comments. enjoy!

Ahh. must have been a rainy season this year. This holds a totally different kind of beauty. I like how it differs from that of the lush greens you find in other parts of the country. The subtle shades of brown are just great and totally bring me right back home. Great post

Both impressive and beautiful Jen. Think I will not able to visit 'canyon de chelly' soon, probably never. Therefore I like to say thank you for this very good image as it gives me a clear and good impression about the beauty of this part of the world.

I love all the beautiful colors, the red rock, super blue sky, the light green in the new trees it's all wonderful. I really like the angle you took this shot, and the way it shows off the water. Great work.
