A beautiful view of the river & surrounding area. I like the angle you captured the scene at ... the foreground fenceline adds alot of depth too. Fantastic capture Jen.

Very nice, Jen. Some pretty rugged country along that river. Good fishing, too.

Love the contrast between the golds in the foreground and blues in the upper third, the pattern of slightly angled lines created by the fence lines and the river and the contrast of calm in the near image and drama in the distance. There is a bit of that weird speckle quality to the bush on the left and the grasses, some of my tone mapped or hdr images get something similar. Looks like great touring country.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

This one has it all with the beautiful fore and background. The old fence adds a great feel to the scene as well WC. Then you have the water and sky. Perfect ingredients for a recipe of a great shot.

It certainly looks rugged, Jen. You've seen some really lovely landscapes in your travels. Thank you for bringing them here. Beautiful view caught in this one.

What a stunning and breath-taking view of this wilderness landscape. Love how the water breaks up the golden field from the mountains.

Jen - You selected a great place from which to take this photograph. The fences, in need of mending, river and hilltop form nice lines for the scene. Great depth in two dimensions. Thad

A stunning view and gorgeous capture of this landscape scene. Beautiful colours and depth in your photo. I like the angles of the fence lines and river cutting through the scene. Great work!
