T'is a nice vantage point, and scene. Looks to be quite a fast flow, though some of it will be due to the funneling effect taking place.

A beautiful shot, Jen! The view certainly is spectacular, but I love the composition of this photo and your point-of-view. I also like how the sun has broken through the mostly cloudy sky to spread some of that golden light across the hills at the top left.
I made many visits to Whidbey Island years ago and I enjoyed seeing some of that wonderful scenery again.
