In the days I visited Burma what I enjoyed most was photographing people. This is a young monk. He spends his time in the monastery learning. He does go out in the street with no shoes and he carries a big bowl. He more or less begs for his food. I think the young men are probably expected at certain homes. They always seem to get plenty to eat. Some will continue as monks and others will move out into the general population. (There are still times when it's just boys will be boys.) Thanks in advance for any comments. ENJOY!

So some become Monks and others Monk(ey) around. A great portrait of a boy on the threshold of his career WC. Tones are great.

A wonderful portrait, Jen. I love those robes. Such a wonderful experience this trip had to be for you. I think people pics are the best too. That's interesting about what happens to them with time.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Jen - You have captured some wonderful portraits, this one included. The direct eye contact makes this one special. Thad
