This was taken at Fort Cochin. The nets are called Chinese fishing nets It was hazy that night. I loved the orange sun. Thanks in advance for any comments. ENJOY!

Never seen the sun with tones like that Jen!

Brilliant composition, and well thought out of shooting through the nets

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Jen - Capturing the sun as you did was excellent. Add the interesting foreground and you have one very fine image. Thad

What a beautiful image. I own it now. Everything seems to fit. The birds the net and the sky. It's a ten where 10 doesn't happen anymore.

Can't recall which version of Photoshop you have in hand, Jen.

And for that matter, which noise removal/reduction software, either.

However..

Here is a great tutorial, with respect to Photoshop CS3 (which, I think you had at some point) on noise reduction/removal:

"Turn Down the Noise in Photoshop CS3"

Complete with screenshots.

The noise is not as noticeable at desktop size, and in my case that would be 1078x606.

Any larger, and at least to my eyes ... it does enter the picture, so to speak.

Strong composition, and quite an alluring image. I quite like the mood and feel.
