Excellent framing. If you could only get rid of that fense in the foreground. I think it draws the eye away from the cityscape and distracts from the picture. Just my opionion.

Good pic and excellent framing with the palm trees. I agree with Daybreakteacher concerning the fence. It is visually distracting but you could easily crop it out. As a personal style preference, I like to try different angles to eliminate artificial man made elements especially in nature scenes (which of course this is not). My rule of thumb for composing photos is "if it does not add to the photo, I'm moving" But, that's just me:)
