Hmm – I’m thinking this has become possibly a little too uniform now and the blown out area on the original kind of added a little area of interest in the blurred background. Could be wrong – just personal preference – especially in nature shots where random is best....
I think that you both did wonderful jobs. I love the work you did on the rework, Tim. It's a very professional job and you'd never be able to pick up where is was corrected if one didn't already know, but I also like the original and it's nice to have both of them up to view and compare. I also like it when Caedesians work together on projects. I think it promotes a lot of good will and usually both parties learn something from it..nice job, guys ...
Well, I'm not sure Jess which one is more beautiful. The bright spot on the other image didn't bother me and made a bigger contrast. Anyway I like them both. Good teamwork!
