I took this in the cathedral in St Malo (Brittany, France). I'm not expecting a very high c-index on it, but I liked the way the colored light shines through on the stone of the pillars.

Beautifully done, A great capture, not only the coloured light
but the beauty of the stained glass make this shot.
Very well done.

Excellent work in my opinion. Love the color blending on the stone pillars too. A graceful elegance about the entire shot. Very nice.

I would expect a high rating on this! Although you'd be surprised. I hope the c-index gives this justice. The cold pillars are amplified with the colors reflecting onto it. A truely artistic approach.

I like the dark background as it keeps our focus on the wonderful colors. I also like the subtle border you used.

Many others have commented on the light on the pillars. To me that's what takes this shot from the catagory of above average to truly exceptional! Well done!

A beautiful shot Jess. Images of places like this leave me in awe of the efforts mankind will go to make spiritual or religious statements. You've really caught the mood. Ricky.
