I was taking photos of my mother's sunflowers and a leaf was in the way... as I attempted to move it a bit I realized it had this guy on it! Any comments are greatly appreciated, as always :) Have a good Sunday!

Where we have come from has absolutely no bearing upon where we are capable of going.
Very nice find, Jess. The dark background does make the subject really pop! I think I would also like this shot with the bottom cropped right up to the antenna, too. The eyes wouldn't be as centered, but you'ld get that nice dark border all the way around. Great detail on the face! Thanks for sharing. Alan

Hey! theres that pesky Grasshopper!! I was cashing him all over the place and could'nt pull off any shots. Can't believe he swam all the way over to France from New York! HAHAH..
I would'nt have done anymore cropping. I think the comp is great, alonh with the lighting, but it may be a bit on the dark side. Nice one.
