I like the position of the rose within the frame. Nicely done there, Emily. I too, as stated above, like the texture here. The extreme foreground is a wee bit blurred, and leads the eye away from the textured edges of those soft petals.
As for the title, I'd imagine we could all use some, and should all be doling some out as well :o)
