To me this is not so dynamic or such a story telling picture. It is however a good shot with excellent control of the light and contrast given the subject with a floodlight behind her. You may have lightened the deep shadow a little, but I am not sure that would enhance the picture, and may even detract from it.

I love the way you made the best use of the lighting. I see Tom's point. Maybe she needs a number on her shirt or something to make it more obvious what she is doing. Though without explanation, this shot makes you think about what might be happening here. Evocative.
