An unnamed waterfall, higher up from Skogarfoss at the beginning of the trek to the glacial pass of Fimmvorduhals. Taken in the faded evening light, just below the cloud line, this was my last shot of an epic day, little did I know that the next would be even more physically demanding, and photographically rewarding along with it. This night I slept beside Skogarfoss, in the campsite not 200m from the falls. It was wonderful falling asleep to the music of the 70m cascade...

Fantastic! Really great shot. Sleeping with a waterfall in the background. Must have been unreal. I enjoy the color of the rocks and the water movement is well represented. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing shot! I love the fuzzy dynamics of the water contrasted with the crisp static rocks.

Great photo! Almost unrealistic and more like a painting than a photograph...:) Water looks so smooth. Stunning.

Beautiful. Have you ever noticed the similarity between this type of water shot and that of a fire rippling across a piece of wood? They create very similar lines and shapes. Ironic.

Back to the point. This is a great shot, and thanks for sharing!

Found this gem on the front page, in the "perm"spot. Faved it immediately. Nicely done.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
