The first night "sky watching park" in the world, dedicated to star gazing because of it's isolation. The bedrock here is billions of years old and has been under glaciers a few times. ( Torrance, Ontario )

Well, you just told me a couple things about my own province I didn't know...thanks for that info...nice with the leaves in the upper corner and a calming feel to the water...also a great capture of the detail and color in that old rock...nice shot.:Pat.

Nice composition! The only thing (and it's a small thing) that sort of bugs me is that the camera angle seems pointed down and tilted to the right. Maybe kneeling down would have allowed for a more level shot and would still have kept most of the shot filled with ground instead of sky.

I like the perspective of this shot. However, it seems a bit underexposed and a little bit dull. But really cool shot, nonetheless.
