Taken in a crane graveyard ( King City, Ontario ) It took years to get to this point and less than a second to capture it.........I agree though it is missing the meat to be 5 star shot, but I took it because of the vibrant colours and the texture of it all, and to try out my macro lens......

interesting idea, but it really needs something to add interest, my advice is to go back and see if you can find something really special to photograph there

This image is certainly different from the norm. I'm wanting to reach out and peel some of that old paint off.

I figure if you can get into the "crane graveyard" then I bet there are some good shots there..considering the metal haven and the size of those things...I agree with the fact, that there needs to be a bit of interest added to this picture...I cant help but wonder why it took years to get this shot..what drove you to this?

It took years for the rust to peel the paint off, I'm guessing :)

It's an interesting situation, but like isaacp said, it needs something more for interest.

Very neat idea..good work on this macro shot. I think the color is vibrant and overall image looks great. Nice work from you.
