This is part of the Conwy River in its infancy. This one splits off from its slightly bigger sister that falls over Swallow Falls. She is also a lot calmer. She does join up again just before Llanwrst, and then she grows and grows till she meets the sea in Conwy Estuary. There is some good fishing to be had at this spot though, and its a really peaceful picnic place as the tourists dont know about it.. yet :))

I know where I'm going fishing. I'll beat the tourist rush. Love the colors and just a peek of a home on the right bank. Makes me wonder what rest of building looks like. Very peaceful scene. Nice post.

Hi Jo....

My..oh...my..this photo is very soft and very beautiful...I love the reflectivity...the mountains in the background....and lastly but certainly not least is...I think.... a home structure....snuggled back among the trees...and resting in and on this lovely river....

I even like the little water disturbance... I see at the far end of the river... it gives the flowing river character....You did a nice job Jo...and I might add...it seems so nice to meet you at your place as opposed to mine...being a little silly... but very true...;o) well done...my friend!

I also would like to thank you Jo...for all of the visits you have made to my galleries...and for all of the attention given my work by you!!....I am deeply grateful.....;o)
