I am not sure about this picture if I am honest. I like the water droplet on my cauliflowef leaf, but not too sure about the overall picture. Just wondere what you thought, any comments, advice or criticism welcomed. xxx

The composition is very good with a diagonal going from top right to bottom left and the drop of water just off-center. Unfortunately the entire image is out of focus. Getting that crisp focus would help a lot in this image bringing out textures and really accentuating that drop of water. I do like shots like this that go "outside the box", though.

I certainly does look like a diamnond and goes so well with the green. I never really thought of cauliflwer leaves as being so pretty. I agree with Reg it lacks sharpness a little - so just get thee out there and find some more diamonds to photograph Jo :)

fabulous title for this GREAT capture Jo. The clarity, detail and colours are really outstanding and love the texture the water adds to the shot and does look like a diamond.

I've got the perfect solution so you can practice any time you want. First, you get Al to buy you a very large diamond ( 2 or 3 carats should do it), then you put the diamond on a cauliflower leaf and finally you photograph it!! Easy. lol! Great idea MFJ and I love the deep green of the leaves.
