This again from our walk the other day. This is just as you get onto the path we took, there is a little car park there with an ice cream man. This is from Sychnant Pass pronounced loosely Suck nant. Looking down into Dwygyfylchi ( Doogie vul chee (The ch sounds like when you san Bach) and towards Penmaenmawr.

The road is on the top left hand side where you can see the wall and big stone. On the corner there is a rocky outcrop that most people stop there cars by to beep and hear the amazing echo that you only get just at this spot.

This could be used in a geography text book. It is a perfect picture of a "V" shaped valley, which if I remember right are caused by water erosion as opposed to "U" shaped valleys which are glacial in origin. It's a lovely shot that shows the size, distance and steepness of this valley so well.
