Two little windows at the top of the stair tower leading to the attics of Plas Mawr. I took this some time this summer when I was stewarding there. I am thinking of maybe entering this into the competition as it is just as it says on the tin, light on white.

Lovely play with the contest theme with the light being both outside and inside and the windows BEING the subject rather than the path to seeing a subject. So much (Historical) narrative implied in this shot. I like the off centred balance of the two windows in relation to the negative space, maybe I'd prefer it a bit more off centred but I have no real grounds to gripe with subtlety. :)

What a place to manage! I bet you go all kinda of pictures of this place. We used to have windows very similar to these in out old house. They are so nice to look at! Great shot I like how the light comes in and breaks up the darkness.
