I like the photo -- your others show a real talent and eye for carnivals and boardwalks and the vivid colors and the bizarre weirdness that go along with them -- but I don't understand the cropping on this one.
The cropping might not be intentional. If he used a panoramic mode on his camera or used a program to produce panorama by joining two or more shots together then you will get an elongated composition.
Captk,You gave me the incentive with your photos to try this panoramic.CH I'm just trying to stretch my knowledge of my computer, camera and software. This was done with using 2 black borders and sretching them top and bottom to fit the photo.I downloaded a panoramic software but it was'nt the right dimensions for the Caedes site. It's observing photos like both of yours that gives me ideas how to go in diffrent directions. Thanks for the imput.Peace&Respect Jojo
Hi Jojo, well done! That's the spirit. Just give it a go. It won't always works but the ones that does will be worth the trouble. With this shot, I would probably pan more to the right with the panorama. It needs a more open feel. Keep experimenting.
wow... you need to have knowledge about ice-creams to date this photo..
the same shot would allmost be possible in the summer from 1903....
it brings back memories, me as a kid standing ages on such a spot because I cant make a choice what ice-cream i gonna pik allmost sik off the smell of all the different sunburn-oils. but who cares, the days have no end even the summer hase no end.
Rafael: Hey Fidias look at the sparrows, they try to eat the appels in my fresco, picking in the wall. Fidias : You see the sparrows near my bronse-horse there in the park ? They wait till its having a shit!
