Dontcha just hate it when the sky is this way with a otherwise great picture? it happens to me a lot here in Oregon because we seem to have such white or gray skies, so when the sky is cloudy..you can see me grab the ol camera and take off in my COugar...for sure..I think there are ways to add a sky to a existing picture, but Ive never quite mastered how to do it..but this is a most lovely scene, no matter what, and its so interesting for you to have found those particular words on weathered wood...very nice.

Beautiful landscape Joe, I wont mention the sky neither! should have put a bit of 'Land of Red' into it!!!!!....lovely greenery of that forest, and the lazy way the river snakes it way to wherever!

You must have sneaked this image in when I wasn't looking Joe! I think the fence is what this is all about. The sky really doesnt matter. I like the placement and the trees and the river int he background are added eye candy for us to enjoy. You did good on this one too :)
Thanks for your recent visit to~forgotten~. I shot this when we were in Washington & Oregon. I saw it tucked away down a road and had hubby back up and pull over so I could jump out (sorta jump..hehe) and go down the road and take this picture. Mother Nature was very kind to me in giving me the natural wood frame. That is actually what caught my eye as we were driving by. I am glad that you got to enjoy it with me ,amigo :~)
