On a weekend trip to Herman Missouri I found this old abandoned house near the Missouri river.

Amazing capture and creative comp!! Luv the post work, however, it seems "washed out" or like it has a white haze over it...maybe it's just me tired eyes buddy.

Merci my friends.This house was at the bottom of a very steep hill.We were in a cabin on a bluff above the Missouri river and it looked like a good photo op.i can tell you it was much easier getting down then up.i'll post another image so you can see how steep the hill was.

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
This is quite a find my friend. Hope you had fun in Hermann as well as finding many photo opportunities. Love the setting here as well as the foreground. The little 'hideaway' house is just perfect...if only it were fit for us mere humans! Very tasteful. Almost looks like a painting. The left side of the image seems a bit hazy versus the right side. Was there fog in the valley? Just curious. Thanks for sharing your bounty with us ;=)

this is a great photo. but you know this is a small world. i use to take trips to Herman Missouri my self. i have friends that live there. since joined the the Caedes team i noticed a lot of you have been to places where i use to live.
