I don't render much apophysis anymore .. but when I do, it's mostly for inclusion in a manipulation .. and THIS would make a very cool stormy sky .. in fact, on the thumbnail, I thought the black area was a tree silhouette

Great job. The funny thing is, I'm not usually drawn to this range of colors, yet I like this more than any of your work i've seen thus far (correction). I couold say more but I think those before me summed it up rather well.
