Very neat image. It actually makes me think of the heart surgery my father had last year. I think it is the mixture of warm and cold colours with the blue for the blood they cool right down when they have to stop the heart altogether and can't use the bypass machine. (If you're cold enough, the brain will survive without oxygen for long enough.) This makes me see it as a very positive image, even if not quite as the intended one.
